Although the chat software is compatable with all IRC programs, we block it from the use of regular users because of the abuse that comes with it. Only administrators and selected moderators are authorized to use mIRC. Administrators and operators are kind of like super moderators, they have all the benifits of a moderator and the option to kill you from the chat server terminating your connection, they can shun you which is like a global silence and they can kline you permanently banning you from the chat software.
